Errors and Omissions Payment Agreement

Contractor agrees to pay $389 from commission from their first closed transaction.

If Contractor does not close a transaction where the $389.00 fee can be deducted prior to 90 days from the anniversary date of the Independent Contractor agreement, Contractor agrees to have the following card below charged after 90 days from the independent contractor agreement in the amount of $389.00.

If Contractor is in active status with the Broker with the Department of Real Estate at the time of their anniversary date, Contractor will owe $389 towards the Broker's errors and commissions policy premium for that year with no refunds.

Contractor agrees to a recurring charge of the $389.00 Errors and Omissions Payment annually from the anniversary date of the Independent Contractor agreement using the below card.

Cancellation of the annual charge will take place if Contractor severs their independent contractor agreement with Broker with no refunds.

Each paragraph of this agreement shall be and remain separate from and independent of and severable from all and any other paragraphs herein except where otherwise indicated by the context of the agreement. The decision or declaration that one or more of the paragraphs are null and void shall have no effect on the remaining paragraphs of this agreement.
